Over the years they have also became my job: I’m a harpist and a coloring teacher as well. When I create a card, I like to imagine it like a small illustration that tells a story with images and colours. That’s one of the reasons why I love so much Mama Elephant’s stamps, because every image it’s also perfect to create not only a simple card, but it’s perfect to create a scene or an illustration too.

I’m so excited to be here today as a guest designer writing this post for you! I want to thank so much Kryssi and Mama Elephant’s team for this amazing opportunity!

For my projects I used two beautiful stamps set: Zodiac Monkey and Beach Chickies. They are so cute, isn’t it?? I often love changing coloring techniques to give different effects to my works. 

So, for the “Singing in the Rain” card (I love that musical, don’t you?) I used Distress Ink in two different ways: as watercolors and with ink blending technique too. 

In the “Jungle family” card I used soft pastels and pastel pencils to give a soft effect. 

For the “Tanned Chick” card I preferred using Copic Markers to have a more defined effect, and for “Christmas in July” card I used watercolors to have a delicate effect.

Hi everyone, I'm Claudia, I love drawing and coloring, making cards is my great passion, I like thinking that my cards can bring joy.

I made two cards thinking about these friends who play and have fun until late in the evening.

For the day scene card I prepared the scene by creating the background with Distress oxide and coloring the characters with Copics.

For the night scene card I colored the background with Distress, the characters are colored with watercolors, while the tree is drawn by hand. I used my Slimline set and my favorite stamp set Dandelion Whishes set for both, I had a lot of fun creating this little story

CREATIVE CUTS HIGHLIGHT: Mega Flipper

Hi there! We welcome you back to another day of highlights! Last but not least, today we are featuring the new Mega Flipper creative cuts. It is just like our Flip Slider Creative cuts but bigger! With this new larger size, you can fit more story into your panels! 

Thi made the cutest birthday card with Mega Flipper Creative Cuts and Party Animals Stamp Set. How fun would it be to receive this?!

Keeway used the Mega Flipper Creative Cuts to create a colorful message for the recipient! She built her sentiment using the Sketchy Letters stamp set and decorated her card with images from Nom Nom Kitties.

Even her pattern background was created with the smaller images from the set! Anyone else craving sushi right now?

Vera created a cute birthday card by using the Mega Flipper Creative Cuts with Zodiac Rabbit Stamp Set.

Fun interactive Christmas card by Amy using the Mega Flipper Creative Cuts with Little Snowman Agenda and Scene Builder Stamp Sets.

Mette used the Mega Flipper and 苹果手机vnp的服务器怎么填 Creative Cuts to create an interactive birthday invitation, which she decorated using 小白兔vpm官网.

 

Maria created a couple of cards with the Mega Flipper Creative Cuts in Ice Cream Colors. She combined them with some cuties of the 苹果手机vnp的服务器怎么填 Stamp Set and the Fuzzy Hugs Stamp Sets. Absolutely adorable!

CREATIVE CUTS HIGHLIGHT: Stacked Circles

Hey everyone! Welcome back for another highlight! Today we are featuring the new Stacked Circles Creative Cuts! The team did a great job using the circles to spot light their themed cards! We are also totally digging the scalloped circle shape cards!

Maria created this sweet couple of cards in the Ombre look with the 安卓好用的免费vpm软伀 Creative Cuts. She combined it with a bunny from the Crafted with Love Stamp Set and an elephant from the Summer Splash Stamp Set. The Sentiments are from the Mini Everyday Messages and 苹果手机vnp的服务器怎么填 Stamp Sets.

Mette created a circle card using the Stacked Circles and Basic Circles, which match up perfectly to create the thin silver frame. She decorated it using images from Wish Upon a Star and Fly With Me. 

 

Vera created this sweet card by combining the scallop frame from Stacked Circles Creative Cuts with Stems and Sprigs Stamp Set and the bunny from Zodiac Rabbit.

We love this sweet square card Thi made! The watercolored night sky she made with Stack Circles Creative Cuts looks so sweet with the critters from Wish Upon a Star stamp set.

Keeway used the Stacked Circles to create a unique frame for her card and also to make masks for her blended overlapping circles background. She also brought out these Rowdy Raccoons to play!
